we have a new challenge and the theme is COLD. For me the choice was to go with snow and the color blue. <br />
I used a DP with snow and a door from a Mintay Christmas paper pad. The door was cut out with an oval die and I used a larger die for the mirri card used as a panel. The snowflake swirl was covered with glitter and glitter drops from Pinkfresh. The sentiment is a Tim Holtz sticker. A quick and easy card to make.</p><p>Please head over to the <a href="http://inkspirationalchallenges.blogspot.com/">challenge blog</a> to see what my INK-teamies have made. </p><p><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjIFAD00pRb2oIj_XLH_j0PIL-BobtztDfm215_D5f-cF2c6ZQHq1oGe59jWDVA_ZyuWJg8cw_61YcL2Q-nvct1uqGUIgnEh6Y9ZEMdTuX1Yfq-VkH7h2Vtwj-d4DKARHlq7e540WaQH9oJUzCOPWLDgNC55BhlVEhSzBv8eFJsTmWZZsdN8bA3PioPNQ/s906/%23301.png" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="906" data-original-width="906" height="181" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjIFAD00pRb2oIj_XLH_j0PIL-BobtztDfm215_D5f-cF2c6ZQHq1oGe59jWDVA_ZyuWJg8cw_61YcL2Q-nvct1uqGUIgnEh6Y9ZEMdTuX1Yfq-VkH7h2Vtwj-d4DKARHlq7e540WaQH9oJUzCOPWLDgNC55BhlVEhSzBv8eFJsTmWZZsdN8bA3PioPNQ/w181-h181/%23301.png" width="181" /></a> <br /></p><p><br /></p>Pia Shttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17060684063741385838noreply@blogger.com18tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7247790229833129105.post-55373200599410532512023-10-17T10:00:00.042+02:002023-10-17T10:00:00.146+02:00TioT - Halloween<p><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEii3Tsp1BLw8orGRUXLXcGJKCa2lBIwRKpKVLfaQ_09GW6hQLuL7xxXwSw9GzWrEQCUoIDgRTUkkjdoFrE3j_EbX1K2ebTnMJeUpuipvT2U_3_hfz4HNXtHN8yZErdQtoPR5qSP7WzY1DJpUZ6g2S-NFssQsQxponQFLZC-SE8o9ph9VbcxUTucbeszJio/s800/170ct23.png" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="800" data-original-width="761" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEii3Tsp1BLw8orGRUXLXcGJKCa2lBIwRKpKVLfaQ_09GW6hQLuL7xxXwSw9GzWrEQCUoIDgRTUkkjdoFrE3j_EbX1K2ebTnMJeUpuipvT2U_3_hfz4HNXtHN8yZErdQtoPR5qSP7WzY1DJpUZ6g2S-NFssQsQxponQFLZC-SE8o9ph9VbcxUTucbeszJio/w380-h400/170ct23.png" width="380" /></a>Over at <a href="https://tuesdaytaggers.blogspot.com/" target="_blank">Try it on Tuesday</a>
our new challenge theme is "Halloween". I don't celebrate Halloween and I don't uasually send out any cards. However, I have started enjoying making cards for Halloween, because I love the colors and there are so many fun papers, stamps and dies for this occasion. For this card I used a purple gingham paper and a cobweb die cut. The skull is from Tom Holtz, the sunglasses as well, I put glossy accent on them and popped them up on foam, The necklace is colored in purple, green and orange and I added glitter glue on as well - it makes the pearls look like candy, yum. I used sentiments from three different stamp sets.<br /></p><p>Please head over to the <a href="https://tuesdaytaggers.blogspot.com/" target="_blank">challenge blog</a> to see the my TioT teamies have made and to get more inspiration. <br /></p>This card is also for:<br /><a href="http://creataliciouschallenges.blogspot.com/">Creatalicious Challenges</a> - #269 Halloween<br /><a href="http://getcreativechallenges.blogspot.ca/">Get Creative Challenges</a> - #126 Purple, Black, Green, OrangePia Shttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17060684063741385838noreply@blogger.com15tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7247790229833129105.post-45273119105525253072023-10-07T07:00:00.050+02:002023-10-07T07:00:00.134+02:00INK #300 - Card with Matching Envelope<p><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgg92Ri8xgk2_aei_9ZCAG_isonEgC6MdCnT5HLfsamuJUGMeToqQFqI7Fw4XMTAg8h3IJ854uy529-Tq4Jt_RTBVrmJ5nGe2-pDOBtX4Ui0P1QUr8A06joqzB3aL9y3Jt2wyED7bFXKszqoqNkfIAF2R9A5jwVpzDrqlm62rbozaBT7Lq7R-oRxNBcfeg/s800/7oct23.png" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="719" data-original-width="800" height="360" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgg92Ri8xgk2_aei_9ZCAG_isonEgC6MdCnT5HLfsamuJUGMeToqQFqI7Fw4XMTAg8h3IJ854uy529-Tq4Jt_RTBVrmJ5nGe2-pDOBtX4Ui0P1QUr8A06joqzB3aL9y3Jt2wyED7bFXKszqoqNkfIAF2R9A5jwVpzDrqlm62rbozaBT7Lq7R-oRxNBcfeg/w400-h360/7oct23.png" width="400" /></a>At INKspirational our challenge for the next two weeks is to make a card with a matching envelope.<br />I used several stamps from the Tim Holtz Tiny toadstools set and colored with my Posca pensils. cut it, and I decided to use both. I had some die cut leaves laying on my desk and decided to use them too. I chose a piece of DP I have had for a long time, with leaf pattern on it. Frpm there I had to decide how to decorate the stenciled leaf, and I do love my mushroom stamps from Tim Holtz. But as they were to small to fill up enough of the spaee I masked them off and stamped a tree from Lavinia behind them, along with some falling leaves. I added some bling some Pinkfresh on the leaves, not very visible in the photo, but thry look nice IRL I also used other stamps from the Tim Holtz stamp set, the splatter and scipt, inked in kraft colored ink.<br /><br />This card is also for:<br /><a href="http://allsortschallenge.blogspot.com/">Allsorts</a> - #748 - Autumn Trees, Leaves and Berries / Anything Goes<br /><a href="http://sirstampalotchallenge.blogspot.com/">Stamping Sensations</a> Autumn Colours / Anything Goes<br /><a href="http://kraftychickschallenge.blogspot.com/">Krafty Chicks</a> - #683 All Occasions</div>Pia Shttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17060684063741385838noreply@blogger.com22tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7247790229833129105.post-25664506444261293832023-09-25T19:30:00.001+02:002023-09-25T19:32:22.893+02:00Twofer - one for any occasion and one for Halloween<p>I made 2 cards using the same image from Tim Holtz' Wicked hipsters stamp set, one card I made for any occasion and the other for Halloween. <br /></p><p><b>1) ANY OCCASION in pink monochrome</b></p><p>The text translates "you are wonderfully nice and beautiful" and I like it because I think it fits for a just because kind of card, but even a birthday one for that matter. I stamped the sentiment inside a solid and outline circle stamp from Tim Holtz.<br />I stamped the image onto the background and masked it before stenciling behind it. I also used some text stamps from Aall & Create for some extra detail. The hair scarf and the pearl necklace are stamped onto a patterned paper and cut out.<br /></p><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEifIDqX_30hvXYV5tJ-jaYVOUUE6h12rqMNbxMMBRnooQnQC7MN9qQ6UzpRlaza8Q2SSVfUSHgixNLPN18NUOG2mt2C7FyjqKgcA7yiWUnsnWVcOzp-A9pFgR_JJPNCR5cUWNl_xuw9jEYWr4IiJHyo4KVzVdmyPVblyGG6_xBS54-tCCAC5A3vcyLGbqM/s1239/4.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1239" data-original-width="1239" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEifIDqX_30hvXYV5tJ-jaYVOUUE6h12rqMNbxMMBRnooQnQC7MN9qQ6UzpRlaza8Q2SSVfUSHgixNLPN18NUOG2mt2C7FyjqKgcA7yiWUnsnWVcOzp-A9pFgR_JJPNCR5cUWNl_xuw9jEYWr4IiJHyo4KVzVdmyPVblyGG6_xBS54-tCCAC5A3vcyLGbqM/w400-h400/4.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><br />This card is for:<br /><a href="http://alphabetchallengeblog.blogspot.com/">Alphabet Challenge</a> - M IS FOR MONOCHROME <a href="https://creationsinpink.blogspot.com/"><br /></a><a href="http://cardz4galz.blogspot.co.uk/">Cardz 4 Galz</a> - #208 Use a Stencil, A Sentiment and An Image<p><b>2) HALLOWEEN in orange and black</b></p><p>For this card I used distress inks, Mica stain and a stencil to make he background.
