INK #303 Seasonal

At Inkspirational we have a new challenge and it's SEASONAL. I chose winter and made a card for Christmas.
The stamp is a an old NorthStar clear stamp. I heat embossed with black and used white gesso for the snowy ground and a Posca pen for the snowflakes.
I made the image into an ornament with a die cut circle. The background is stenciled with a Tim Holtz stencil and snow paste from Finnabair. I used white ink on the edges, I like this look with white ink on kraft paper.

Please head over to the challenge blog to see what my INK-teamies have made.

TioT - Baby It's Cold Outside

Over at Try it on Tuesday our new challenge theme is "Baby it's Cold Outisde". I chose an image from LOTV of a boy skiing. The snow is cold and in addition to the snow on the image I have the die cut snowflake circle and the blue DP with snowflakes as well. I added ribbon with a charm of mittens and some with branches cut our of kraft to fill up some space.

Please head over to the challenge blog to see the my TioT teamies have made and to get more inspiration.

INK #302 Mood Board Christmas sweets

At Inkspirational we have a new challenge and it's a moodboard with lots of options. I chose to go with the gingerbread and polka dot sweets.  My starting point was a paper from ScrapBoys, I cut out the centre of the frame and added my topper behind it. I decorated with flowers from Little birdie and Pinkfresh Sparkle & Shine ombré glitter drops. I die cut the sentiment from gold glitter paper.

Please head over to the challenge blog to see what my INK-teamies have made.

October Card Chain Challenge Reveal 2023

Here's my card for The Card Chain Challenge October reveal. If you want to join the fun for next month you need to sign up here until the 6th. You don't have to join every month, it's up to you.

This is the card I sent to Carol in the UK. I chose the stamp and papers on purpose as I  have the impression, from seeing Carol's own cards, that she enjoys sunflowers, as weel as Aall&Create stamps.
I followed the sketch, used the Spotlight stamoing technique and the theme of friendship.

In return I received a super sweet and sparkly card from Alice in Finland.
