Sketch with Mouse


I used to be afraid of sketch challenges, but now I just love them! Here's a card made for the Sweet Sketch challenge based on this sketch:
I've used a 3 different design papers, in addition to cardboard.
The mouse is made with a stamp from "Country Companions" and I've colored it with watercolor pencils.
I've used ribbon, pearls and a flower with a pearl brad.
I felt that the card lacked "something", so I added a banner with a stamped birthday sentiment.

    So gorgeous Pia, I have this stamp set and dont use it enough.I was scared of sketches too, but getting used to them,,as long as they are easy, straight forward...love your banner up top with the sentiment, gorgeous colouring and papers..fabulous card.

    Hi Pia, your card is absolutely beautiful, I love this little mouse which you have coloured beautifully. I knew that you had coloured it with water colours because of your paper. Your design papers are the most perfect match for your card and so are your wonderful embellishments. This mouse is a darling and your card is just stunning.
