CAS Baby Girl Card

I hope you all have had a lovely weekend. Here's a little card I made yesterday, inspired by the sketch found at "CAS(E) this Sketch.

I used two stamps from the  KaiserCraft Bundle of Joy - New Arrival set. The image is colored using ProMarkers, and the sentiment is heat embossed with white embossing powder.

I made the card A2 size and embossed the base using a Boofle embossing folder.
I made a border of kraft using a Martha Stewart punch, the edges have  been inked with walnut stain.

    This is a stunning baby card...You are a fabulous fussy cutter!

    I really like the Kraft card strip cut with the Martha punch. It just looks perfect with the vintage looking feel to the lovely baby image and with that fab embossing folder.

    Just love this card and I have never heard of a Boofle embossing folder. Looks great though and your kraft border is super fab.

    OH my word, this is darling! LOVE the fabulous dry embossing and your baby girl is just adorable! :) In response to your question about sketches--I usually just do the sketch first. But sometimes, if I'm stuck, I go back to cards that I've made that I love and use that as inspiration. :) HUGS, friend!!!
