CASE & Vintage Christmas


I've only made one Christmas card so far this year, so to avoid being too far behind when the season's here I thought I'd make a Christmas card for the Inkspirational CASE challenge.
I took inspiration from the CASE layout and several challenges to make up my card, using a vintage image, a snowflake embossing folder, kraft and two die cut pine branches. The branches have been covered with glitter and decorated with a red brad, pearls and bling. I added a rub-on to the image, saying "Christmas Greetings" in Norwegian.

    Pia, I can see the card you had to case, but seeing what you did with it and how you turned it into the most amazing Christmas card is just awesome! It truly is a sensational holiday creation and the addition of the glossy embossed leaves and the red gems, extraordinary. What a classy vintage holiday greeting and I must say...if this is you first one for the year, I'd better brace myself for what's coming next!! This is terrific.

    This is stunning. Gorgeous vintage image on a gorgeous clean and crisp card. The luxuriously deep embossing looks gorgeous and the finishing touch of the embellishments is perfect. Beautiful!
