Christmas Card with Chevron DP

I've made a Christmas card using the Inkspirational sketch as inspiration for the layout. My aim was to make something non-cute, so I used chevron patterned paper from Simple Stories for the background and a bird stamp from 7gypsies. I stamped with black ink and added clear embossing powder to it. I used a die from Memory Box to make the music notes border, dies from Whiff of Joy to make the hollies and the Merry Christmas sentiment in Norwegian is made with a die from KaBoks. The smaller music notes are peel off stickers. I've used a black pen to make the doodled lines. The black ribbon and red pearls are  from my stash.

    Honestly...could anything be more perfect than chevron for a Christmas card? I love the idea. Reminds me of stocking and that holly you have on there is gorgeous!!

    dear Pia this is totally rock red black and white...Love your idea...Pia may I ask you ...do you send all your beautiful card..may I exchange it with you...you made one card one day ooh dear..I have two little boys I cannot do that LOL...and I work for a half day ..also on weekend if I have time I will make a card..LOL

    I see your profile picture...you look adorable and have a sweet smile...may I ask you when were you born...I was born at 1973 :) old Mom...and now Big hugs...
