One Layer Card with Santa

Over at  The Outlawz Twisted Thursday we have a new Anything Goes challenge for you, this time with the optional twist of One Layer. A lucky randomly drawn winner will get to choose images from our December sponsor, Stitchy Bear.
I've used the grumpy Santa again - you can find the image here. I printed the image onto a kraft base. I masked my Santa before I sprayed the background with white glimmer mist. I didn't color the image, just added a paper pieced beard and some glitter to the fur trims of his hat. I used a snow pen for the ground and stamped some snowflakes, heat embossed with white embossing powder. I also added a doodled frame using a black pen.

    I love that you haven't added colour to this but used different materials and textures for the white. Really effective.

    How cool Pia that you printed Grumpy Santa on kraft, it looks really good. Lobe the snow and the glittery fur. Hope toy had a great Xmas x

    This is a fabulous card Pia, such a good idea to stamp directly onto Kraft and then use glimmer mist to create your background - a brilliant one layer card.
