Shaker Card with Santa

Over at the Outlawz Twisted Thursday this week's optional twist is ANYTHING GOES. I've used an image from http://api.ning.com/files/aX2yEHaS8Jk2DH8fwoAbgmm2-lnqxPsQBGeMaXKmAeluM*ikFbs7RvkTAltEtRdMWwndU*0*roWxdep7CM6pk0jyLzt7*qDg/papertemptress.gif Stitchy Bear Designs, our sponsor for the month of May together with Paper Temptress. To be in the chance of winning one of these prizes all you need to do is enter in one or more of our challenges in May.
The image, which you can find here, is colored with Promarkers and I've added glitter to the fur trimmings of his outfit. The background is sprayed with Dylusions "After Midnight" spay. I've used a tree die from Memory Box and flocking for the snow. The frame is made of white paper. The only place I found to add a sentiment was with the string. The little tag is made with a LOTV stamp and a pearl brad from my stash.

This card is also for these challenges:
    1) Craft Your Passion - Frame It
    2) Christmas at Sweet Stampin' Challenge Blog - Here comes Santa
    3) 52 {Christmas} Card Throwdown - Stash Challenge (old tag stamp and brad, new tree die, blue mist)
    4) Christmas Cards All Year 'Round - Santa or something associated with Santa
    5) Crafty Creations - #264 Use something that begins with "S"(Shaker card, Snow, Santa, Spray, String)

      33. This is such a fun card. I love the way you made the background. The flocking for the snow looks great and the blue is such a gorgeous shade!

Santa is fun and quirky!..Looks great.

Thanks for your kind comments. I had a great day out shopping at the garage sale. Got some fabulous bargains and had a lot of fun. Even got a bit of a suntan as it was outdoors on a hot, sunny day.

I dragged it all home in a wheeled bag I use. I looked like a bag lady on the bus!!! DH dropped me at the sale on his way to the lake so I did not have his usual chauffeur service to get back home! lol
