Autumn Leaves

Today I'm sharing with you an autumn themed card made with the inspiration from the sketch over at Catch the Bug, where I'm a Guest Designer for the next 4 months.
You can find the beautiful leaves here - Mini-Set Leaf Blocks.

I dug out my inks to add color to the leaves. I printed the leaves twice, cut them out and mounted them on foam. The frame is colored with walnut DI and a golden pen. I placed the images onto a piece of burlap and gold paper, added a button to each image and chose a DP I felt would match the autumnal colors of the leaves. The sentiment is made with a Dienamics die and craft foam.

I'd like to enter this card in these challenges:
1) Crafty Little Fairies - Use only one designer paper
2) Crafts 4 Eternity Recipe Challenge - #196 3 Of The Same Letter (buttons, burlap, brown)
3) Brown Sugar - #114 Autumn/ Fall
4) Open-Minded Challenges -  Fall / Autumn

  25. A great Fall card, Pia! The burlap really looks good with this and frames the leaves beautifully!

Thanks for the kind comments on my recent post. Sorry i have been so bad about popping by for visits.

Taking a break from the purging for a while as there is not much else to get rid of.
We had a big garden here and the new one is only teenys. We got rid of gardening supplies, tools, hoses, sprinklers etc. Just kept two of each for the front and back!
Pared Fall/Haloween down from about 10 boxes to 3 and now I am even thinking of getting rid of all the scary porch decorations and just sticking with Fall from now on....that would send 2 more boxes to the thrift shop...decisions decisionz! lol
