Funny pup

Today we have a new sketch challenge over at Catch the Bug. Sketch challenges are my favorites, and the more you play with sketches, the more confident you'll be moving the sketch around. Like here, I turned it upside-down and then mirrored it. See? The thing about sketches, I think they're great for giving you inspiration as for layout, without limiting you too much.
 
I used the image Funny pup. Colored it with Spectrum Noir and Promarker pens. A strip of paper, flowers from my stash and a birthday greeting in Norwegian and border stamped with white ink on kraft.

    Your funny pup absolutely makes me smile... I love the subtle color palette of this card too. The cute flowers offer such a fun contrast for the image. By the way, congrats for being showcased at Ink with your graffiti card! It was an awesome card!

    I have yet to try a sketch... Perhaps because I have no time, or because I'm a savage crafter :D LOL I can't have too much control on my mojo...
    Cute and fun doggie, beautifullly coloured and love the heart tones. It's perfect as masculine card, I think.
