I
used a baby angel stamp from A Day for Daisies. It's fussy cut, colored with Promarkers and covered with glitter glue.
I used Art Anthology mist for the background and a Mwemory Box stencil and gold Nuvo expanding mousse to make the starts. The sentiment is stamped with gold ink.
