For our Inkspirational challenge this fortnight we have a word prompt - TOWER.
I went with a rather obvious choice - the Eiffel Tower. I wanted to try to make a mini slimline card (3,5x6 inches) and to go feminine, using my Maja Design papers and some of my many flowers - I've got a large collection as I use them rather seldom. I stamped the sentiment and the die cut tower was heat embossed with silver embossing powder.
Please head over to the challenge blog to see the wonderful makes of my INK-teamies.
This card is also for:Creative Knockouts - #389 Lots Of Layers

This is a real beauty Pia. Lovely to see you using flowers as you say a very rare thing. My Step-Daughter would adore this as she lives in France and her husband proposed to her on a trip to Paris. They did live in the UK at the time.

ReplyDeleteI thought I would answer your question here Pia about the gilding flakes..I think they are fun and love watching the electric fan blowing the all over my desk and onto the floor..but I love them better on my projects, they are worth having, I use glue not the medium yet, so will see how the medium goes soon..
