I'm participating in an online scrapping event in Norway this weekend, and I just made this card for a shaker design challenge.
The background with stencilled numbers in pink was already made, as was the cake, made with a stamp set from Hero Arts that allows you to build your own cake. Both elements have been ready in my stash for at least 6 months, I've taken them out from time to time to see if inspiration hit me, but that didn't happen until toady.
I die cut 2 ovals and a scalloped frame, added lots of golden stars and a few round sequins.
This card is for:
TIME OUT Challenges - #232 Anything Birthday
Krafty Chicks - #652 All Occasions
A wonderful celebratory card that would be perfect for lots of occasions
