Today is the start of a new "Stella Says Sketch" over at Catch the Bug. I used an image called "Garden Bunny Carrot" you can find it here in the Bugaboo store. I used my Promarkers to color it and I fussy cut it.
The orange DPs are from Doodlebug Designs and I used 4 different dies to make the sentiment and the spring scene - I can't wait for spring to arrive, we now have very mixed weather, some
days with a little sun and good temeratures, grey days, windy days -
it's a bit all over the place... The butterfly is a wooden button. I machine stitched around the squares.
This card is also for these challenges:
1) Moving along with the Times - Show Us Your Bunnys
2) Allsorts - Spring is in the air
3) Send a Smile for Kids - Easter/spring cards for kids
4) Brown Sugar – #136 Spring
What a fun and bright springtime card. Love how you made the background with dots and striped papers!
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing at Allsorts too;-))m

Hi Pia! Also here the weather is crazy... Today the sun is fabulously hot, but there is a strong wind; few days ago the weather was cold and strong rain ...
ReplyDeleteYour bunny with the big carrot is very cute and fun!! Love so much the orange scene and your stiching around the edges of the squares. The butterfly button is a sweet touch! I like so much your design with the white colour of the cloud, the stripes, the butterfly and the sentiment: it makes the eyes to flow upward and gives me a feel of lightness!
The bunny & carrot are so cute. You lovely work!

Thanks for your comments on my blog, the stamp I used is by Impression Obsession and is called Bookshelves, it's a large background stamp. I bought it because my son is a writer and our house resembles a library!!!
