Sketch and Cowboy

It's time for an new Stella Says challenge over at Catch the Bug and this is the sketch we're playing with this fortnight.

I kept close to the layout and shapes, using a retired cowboy image (but there are still plenty of other cowboy images to find in the store), colored with Promarkers.
I chose a DP I found to fit the style of his shirt and I added string and a cowboy hat charm from my stash. I stamped a simple birthday greeting. All edges are inked with walnut DI. Stitched dies used (Lan Fawn and Dienamics). Hope you'll play along!

    Such a fabulous western look for your card, Pia!!! It's a true delight, just perfect for a male recipient, and love it so much! That detail of the kraft scallop border with the charm and the neutral string looks wonderfully with the beautiful dp!!!!
    Love how the frame with the cute image has been covered on the top, it has a feel of a pocket! Fabulous work, it shows your fab classy style even in fun cards!!
