Christmas Chaos - Sketch

Over at Catch the Bug we're preparing for Christmas - it's Christmas Chaos week with lots of prizes to be won. For day 2 we have a sketch.

I colored this skating bird with Promarkers and sponged blue DI around it. Added WoS for sparkle and frantage for snow. The backgrond is heat embossed and sponged with green DI. Added a string and an old skate charm from  stash along with pearls and a sticker sentiment.

This card is also for:
Cards und More - # 198 Things with Wings
Cute Card Thursday - #506 Things With Wings
Shopping Our Stash - #331 Snow Much Fun
I love Promarkers - #348 Winter

  1. Your own style always stunning me Pia! You have achieved a fab shabby look with a fun and cute bird... I have never did something as this! Love the partial embossing with the trees on the background, the splattering and the neutral string... they look just delicious with the cute image!

  17. I love everything about this, Pia! That embossed tree background rocks, and then the way you've inked and colored your image is perfect. Then the addition of that charm... I would not have thought to do that. Love it, and thanks for sharing this at Shopping Our Stash.
