Pride and Prejudice Peacock

Marina has started a challenge blog where the challenge theme will be related to a book - for her first challenge it is "Pride &Prejdice" and I'm inspired by the book cover.

I used what is probably my oldest - or one of the oldest - stamp sets from Panduro. I made a cicrle mask and stamped peacock, then the flowers and leaves. I colored the images with Promarkers and used blue DI in the circle. The green feathers of the peacock has WoS for sparkle.
The sentiment was part of a freebie set. I also added some beige liquid pearls.

    Great interpretation of the book cover, it really feels like an ancient picture. Beautiful colouring and interesting design with masking technique on the wreath around the peacock! Well done!
