Inkspirational #184 - Pop it up

We have a new challenge at Inkspirational and this time it's Kylie who has chosen the theme of 'Pop it up'.

For my card I used a newly bought stamp set from Penny Black. I stamped the buildings several times to layer up my scene. Coloring has been done using Promakers. I onted the staped panel onto foa before adherring it to the scalloped frame.

This card is also for:

Christmas at Sweet Stampin' - Anything Christmas with option: Include Some Stamping (2nd entry)
The Holly and Ivy Christmas Challenge - #46 Anything Christmas Goes
