I've always loved my DPs and now I'm so into using papers with images to cut out, I find it quite therapeutic to sit and cut out all the different elements.
For this card a used a background of trees from a Norwegian producer, Scrapmagasinet, found here. The cut out images are from Alchemy of Art, found here. I did my best fussy cutting and inked all the edges to remove any trace of white. The sign and lamp and the bird house were popped up on foam, the other items were just glued.

A beautiful Autumn card Pia. Lovely papers. Marlies
ReplyDeleteWonderful card Pia,the Autumnal scene is stunning
ReplyDeletePia, you've created a gorgeous Autumn scene; one I want to step in to and wander through. The trees, the truck, the pumpkins...such an inviting composition. I'm marveling at your fussy cutting - and so glad that you find it relaxing, because the results are wonderful. I'm having a 'thing' with designer papers of late thanks to your influence and inspiration.
