Skating Bear

Today is the start of a "BINGO" challenge over at Catch the Bug and this is my GDT card featuring an image from the Mini Set - winter bears. Promarkers were used for coloring and glitter was added to the fur trimmings of the hat.

I cut the image using circle dies. I added a half circle die cut, using a die from Marianne and kraft paper covered with frantage.
The sentiment banner is made using heat embossing and a stamp from a Penny Black set.
Papers from Simple Stories, star sequins and pearls from my stash.

    What an adorable image! Love the way you coloured it and your design. That half circle die was a wonderful idea!

    The colours and papers are festive and cheery...a perfect Christmas card.

    Thanks for the kind words about the way we raised our girls. We are rpoud of the women they have become. IT is fun to be a bit of a guiding hand (and helpers only of course) in the raising of the grandchildren. My daughter raises them in a very similar manner to the way she was raised so it is easy to fit in to their child rearing goals.

    I hope my stories did not seem that we do those things to proselytize in any way...as that is not our intention at all. We just do it cuz we like to...no religion involved at all! When I reread my post I thought perhaps we sounded like we were out to save the world...lol.. not our intentions at all!
