Birthday Fred

Today is the start of a new BINGO challenge over at Catch the Bug and this is my GDT card featuring two images - Fred and Houses. This is the the second time ever I've merged images. Quite fun and you can make your images look like new ones using this technique.
The scene is colored with Promarkers and the balloon is covered with glossy accent.
I added a die cut cloud using a MB die and craft foam. The image is placed onto a panel with a punched border. I used a birthday greeting in Norwegian and added a button with string.

    This card is wonderful and the image very pretty. Love the chevron background that looks great with the cloud on top and with the glossed red balloon!
