This sketch just screamed CAS to me. So I want with using one of the images from birthday to ewe trio and added a stamped balloon, using an older rubber stamp in my stash.I added black thread to the balloon.
Promarkers used, glossy accent, scored some lines - that's it. No glitter, no bling, no DP - all very simples!
As to my favorite style - one or multi layer - I have to go with multi layers. Why? I find making those one layers so hard to do, but I admire those made by others. I also like to fussy cut my images and adding some of the elements or panel on foam. Multi layer cards can be clean - like this one - or very embellished.
