Crabby Cat

Tuesday is new release day over at  Bugaboo and this is my DT card showcaseing one of Jodie's latest images. It's called Crabby Cat Christmas - I think the name suits him.

He's colored with Promarkers, he's got glossy accent on his eyes and glitter on his fur trim. The image is cut using a die from Lawn Fawn.

Papers are from Maja Design. The striped panel was embossed with a candy cane embossing folder.

I stitched using white thread, added white string and a red glittery button I received from Kim (thanks Kim!)
The sentiment is from Dylusions.

    Kjempe fint kort i herlige julefarger, likte også motivet godt.

    Ah ah ah!!! Love this poor kitty!! Santa's must have heard something naughty of him!
    You coloured him very pretty and embellish so well with the glitter and glossy accents. The embossed background adds a festive look to your card and the twine with the sparkling button is a beautiful touch of style.

    Oh! I love Crabby cat Pia..what a fun image and fabulous colouring. Love the papers and your design and the sentiment is so funny..this would be ideal for my friend as she has the most naughty cat's.

    Another fun image! I really must look to you for tips on embellishing - that button and twine thing for example - I would think there was no space for an embellishment and yet it's the perfect finishing touch. I'm guessing the trick is to choose the embellishment BEFORE you stick everything down!
