I love the combinaton of aqua, red and white, so seeing the inspiration photo over at Just Us Girls I wanted to play along.
I used a snowman stamp from North Star Stamps, colored the image, glittered with WoS and dressed it with a paper piced scarf.
I used 2 oval stiched dies from MFT and a scalloped one from Spellbinders. 3 snowflakes with a brad and 2 half pearls.
What you can't see in the photo is that I used a winter sentiment stamp and white embossing powder on the white panel.

It's a great colours combo, fresh and festive with the glitter! Cute snowman with paper pieced scarf and lovely design!! The half pearl catches the eye in the centre!
