At Inkspirational we have the word 'ROTATE' to inspire you. There are so many possibilities, but I need some children's cards made and chose an old never before inked stamp I bought many moons ago at a sale. And it's been a while since I last rummaged through my box of charms, and I found a bicycle one there as well. Because bicycles have wheels, and they rotate.
I made a tag and used a larger punched border as a stencil. A couple of die cut Tim Holtz flowers, seambinding ribbon and twine and my tag was ready. I used 2 DPs and a paper border to make the background.
