I colored the image using Promarkers, gave the mouse googly eyes and added lots of glossy accent on the balloon.
The image is cut using a LawnFawn die, the note paper and flower are made using punches. I added three buttons from my stash and a birthday greeting made using my Dymo.

You can't go wrong with googly eyes - they say 'fun' to me! Love the layering - great notebook paper, and although it's fun it's also very pretty.
