Inspired by a photo

Today starts a new challenge over at Catch the Bug and this week we have a photo for you to pick inspiration from.

I was inspired by the the cottage and used wooden texture as well as green and yellow colors.
The wooden paper was sent to me by Monika. The image is Sunflower Vase from the Bugaboo store, colored with Promarkers, and I added die cut leaves, lace and string. The birthday greeting was heat embossed in gold onto vellum.

This card is also for:
Crafty Creations - Anything Goes
I love Promarkers - #345 - Birthday

Really this card remembers me a rustic house, with that background and the lace! The sunflowers in the vase with the rambling leaves and the big banner make it so pretty!! Brilliant interpretation of the sketch!

This is so lovely. I really like the way you did the top with the lace and jute cord. The sentiment on the vellum looks great!

Pretty with the woodgraining - so dimensional with that combined with the fishtail banner. I like the way you've tucked the greenery around, and the pretty lace and twine embellishment. Adding the vase of sunflower just makes this one perfect. TFS & Hugs
