Ink #223 Angle It

We have a new challenge at Inkspirational and this time it's Marlena who chose the theme: ANGLE IT.

This theme proved to be a challenge for me, which caught me by surprise. Apparantly I'm close to being obsessed keeping things straight and orderly. I looked through my previous cards and I couldn't find one that totally fits the theme. I used a leaf border stamp from Concord&9th and it's not placed straight, neither horizontally nor vertically. It's placed at an angle. If you look closely you will also see that the Season die cut is not straight either. Sentiment dies are from Concord&9th and the leaf dies are Lawn Fawn.

Please head over to the challenge blog to see what the my INK-teamies have made.

This card is also for:

- #182 DIE CUTTING

This is stunning Pia, when I put my sentiments at an angle I always feel like people will think I put them on crooked, my hubby always says to put them at enough of a slant so they know it is on purpose. I'm with you on straight.

Your card is absolutely gorgeous Pia! I love the mix of Autumn colors and the various leaves and colors for depth in your background! Brilliantly done! P.S. I'm hoping to construct something with an angled theme here soon! There's just never enough time in the day to get everything I want done! LOL!

That's a lovely Autumnal card Pia and the leaves look as if they're swirling in the wind. I like the added texture if the due cut leaf.
Thanks for sharing this with us at Try it on Tuesday, Avril xx
