INK #339 - Moodboard (Easter eggs)

At Inkspirational our new challenge is a moodboard. You don't have to take inspiration from the Easter theme, you can take inspiration from shapes, colors or patterns or whatever you think of seeing this photo.

I was inspired by the eggs and used an image from a local craft shop, Scrappiness. The background paper is Maja Design, flowers are from Little Birdie and the die cut sentiment is Gummiapan.

Easter - tag shaped card

This might look like a tag, but it's a tag shaped card with a top fold. I used a die from the Studiolight Oriental tags collection to make this card base.
I used papers from ScrapBoys Old Farm collection. I think the bunnies and chicken are perfect for Easter as I combined them with yellow Bazzil and seambinding ribbon.

I also decorated the inside.

TioT - Hello spring

Over at Try it on Tuesday we have a new challenge for you - Hello spring!
So spring to me means a lot of different things - seeing the sun again after a long winter, hearing the birds sing, Easter period with its yellow flowers, greeneries of different sorts...
Here I chose to go with sunrays, Easter flowers and a hen and a rooster, colored with Posca pencils.

INK #286Moodboard

At Inkspirational we have a moodboard for you. I was inspired by the speckled eggs and used the distress oxide with the same name and adding spckles with a Dina Wakley mica spray. 

Die cut straws, a flower ephemera and two stamped businnes, everything in soft, natural colors, alyered up in the bottom right corner.

TioT - Oh so sweet

Over at Try it on Tuesday we have a new challenge for you - Oh so sweet! Easter bunnies are sweet and perfect for this time of year, so I went with that.

I made the background with different shades of acrylic paint and I used an embossing folder once it was dry.
Stamps are from different stamp sets and I colored the images before fussy cutting all the part.s

Sketch and Easter

Today starts a new sketch challenge over at Catch the Bug.
The image has been colored with Promarkers. I used mandala stamp for the background, I heat embossed with white and inked with yellow. The white panel was die cut using dies from Pinkfresh studios. An Easter sentiment and flowers from my stash.

Stella sending a virtual hug for Easter

We are back with another sketch challenge over at Catch the Bug and as Easter is just around the corner I made a card with Stella Calendar Easter.


With the Coronoa virus around this will be a different Easter, so I used a sentiment with an instruction on how to give yourself a DIY hug from me as I'm unable to provide it in person.

The floral paper is from Maja Design. I added a flower and lace from my stash.
