Little Magician

It's Thursday and time for a new challenge over at Outlawz Twisted Thursday, we have the optional twist of "FANTASY" this week, and I used an image of a little magician from our sponsor Bugaboo.

I colored the image using mostly grey and blue Promarkers and I tried to give him red hair. I added some glossy accent on his glasses. I chose papers and embellies using the same grey/blue color scheme and used dies from Tim Holtz (bow), Dienamics (oval frame) and LawnFawn (stars). I also stamped a birthday greeting in Norwegian.

This card is also for these challenges:
1) Incy Wincy Designs - Frame It
2) Glitter n Sparkle - #148 Anything goes

My son is into Harry Potter ....this stamp looks a lot like HP but I like how you've used the different colouring so it's like a child dressing up as HP. The music paper and the little stars are perfect.

This is a fabulous card Pia, a cute image and great papers. My son just looked over my shoulder and said 'cool image' - quite some praise coming from a nineteen year old!

Great card Pia love your layout and papers, I think the wizard looks a bit bewildered which adds to it's charm.

The little magician looks great with the glossy-glasses :D Very beautiful effect! The red hairs matches so well with the blue chevron paper and love particulary the bow on the notes dp, they give a stylish touch to your card. As always, you are be able to make elegant cards even if the stamps are fun and cartoonized... You are very talented!!

Cute little wizard, and love the gray framing and silver stars. The pale blue chevron background looks very appropriate with the 'magic' and so does the music score! Like the die bow too. TFS & Hugs

How awesome is this, I do love your simple cards Pia and struggle to make them myself. Your added music sheet and bow look just right with this card.
Black hair....well hard for me to tell you how I do it but I use copic markers so if you do as well I will let you know the colours I use if that can help....penguins, that too I just go with the flick in my wrist with copics....xx
