Butterflies X 2

Today I finished two cards for Twofer Card challenge where the theme is butterflies. My butterfly stamp is from Penny Black.

Card 1 - Roses
For this card I used a freebie set of Alternew roses. The butterflies are stamped with sand colored ink and I attached a pearl to each butterfly. The label is stamped and I chose an old looking paper.
This card is also for:
Allsorts - #468 Happy Birthday
Fussy and Fancy - #212 FAVORITE FLORALS

Card 2 - Wildflowers
Here I was inspired by the colors yellow, blue and green. I used a TH stencil and the sentiment as well as the butterfly are Penny Black stamps. The butterfly is popped on foam and I kept the die cut wildflowers white.

The neutral colour palette creates such a calm, vintage look for your butterflies, Pia ... and I love the freshness of your soft stencilled shades with those crisp white wildflowers, the butterfly really pops against them! Thanks so much for playing along with us at Twofer! Anita :)

Your vintage looking birthday card has such a soft warm feel with those beautiful roses. I love the pearl detail on the butterflies! Such an elegant group of white sprigs for your butterfly to rest, and a beautifully stenciled background lends to the dreamy feel of your encouragement card! Thanks for joining in the fun with us at the Twofer Card Challenge!
