Inkspirational, use vellum

We have a new challenge for you over at Inkspirational and this time the challenge is to use vellum.

There are lots of ways to use vellum. I usually use vellum for adding sentiments, but this time I went with a shaker design. To avoid any spots of glue showing I chose to stitch my vellum in place after having added sequins for snow.
The reindeer are stamped and I used a half circle snowflake border die and a stitched die to frame in the scene.

This card is also for:

Beautiful and daring too - well it'd be daring for me to start stitching a vellum shaker card - I know you are confident with a sewing machine. It's a great effect.

Wow you stitched the vellum-what a creative idea-you have so much patience! I adore that frame- the strong reindeer works as a great contrast to the softness of the vellum x

This is such a delicate design with the soft colors behind the graceful deer couple. Love the way their silhouettes are close, yet sort of glance away from each other. The background is so pretty, and the stitching to hide the attaching was a clever idea as well. I also like the way you've attached the snowflake trim and flourish to the frame. Very elegant! TFS & Have a great weekend.Hugs

Stitching is perfect for vellum so as not to show those pesky adhesive marks. Beautiful card, Pia. I love how the vellum has muted the background and showcase your die cut reindeers xx
