Spots, shoes and sketch

I've got a feminine card to share with you today, one that was inspired by a sketch and the themes of polka dots and shoes.

I've got one Prima doll stamp. It's quite large, you can either fit the upper part or the bottom on an A2 sized card. The idea of using the bottom part I got from Monika, I cased one of her cards, you can read more about it here.

So I stamped the bottom part with legs and SHOES and paper pieced with POLKA DOT paper. I cut the image into sections and mounted the pieces onto foam and a white panel. The sentiment is cut with a Lawn Fawn die and I used a birthday sentiment in Norwegian, from Kort&Godt.

This card is for:
CAS Colours & Sketches - #166 Sketch
Less Is More - Polka dots
Twofers - #16 Shoes (clear/rubber stamps only)

Looks like we both had the same idea today ... to use one of those fab dolls and paper piece! Your card is fab and a very cool way to get round the fact the image is quite large too

Oh WOW! Love, love, love this polka dot stunner. Such a fun take to begin with but the off the edge and segmented panel add such classy detail to an otherwise CAS-perfect card. Brilliant and thanks for sharing at Less is More this week. Sarah x

Great idea, thanks for Monika. Just yesterday coloured these long images and wondered about the card size, thought cabinet size, but this is a fab option. Need to do girly cards for graduated and for confirmation.
Your card is gorgeous, lovely take on the sketch;-))m

What a clever idea! Who would like legs like those, eh?! I'm catching up on by visits. This has been a hard month. Hubby has gone to Amsterdam for work. He'll be there for a couple of years at least. I'm staying behind for now and balancing work and home on my own isn't is easy as I thought. sigh...
