I masked the angel before I started on my background. I used a star stencil from MB and heat embossed the stars with gold EP. A stencil from TH was used with blue ink. Then I added frantage and also a few liquid enamel dots.
The angel got glitter glue on her wings and the sentiment is a sticker.

I love all the added details to the background. At first I thought you had used the SNS extra thick embossing powder on the background (Have you seen all the new colors??" but frantage is a very similar product ;-) So smart to mask the image and do the background.Thank you for participating with us over at Sparkle N Sprinkle Challenges.
