My argyle paper is a freebie from a few years back. I think it makes this card look masculine.
Last week Jodie's new release included a bunch of cute puppy and cat images, and this is one of them, colored with Spectrum Noirs.
My layout was inspired by the one over at Sketch Saturday.
I used a Memory Box heart die and used sentiment stamps I got from my sister in December.

Lovely masculine card, this paper is just perfect! Not too much sweet, but enought, with the cute doggies and the heart! Love it! I thinkit it might be used for a lot of occasion, not only for a birthday

your papers do give a masculine feel to the card but would be suitable for a female as well as they reflect the colours you used to colour this fun doggy image,I love it Pia.

Awww... these are how my pix of our dog Millie turn out-- I love this playful card! I agree that the paper yields a masculine-feel, but again, could truly go to anyone.
