Today starts a new sketch challenge over at Catch the Bug. I went with a really simple version of the sketch, using left over strips from a 6x6 sheet of DP and mounted the pieces on foam. I used a precolored image, cut with a stitched die, then added a stamped "smile". I also stamped and cut the birthday sentiment. The card base has a nice striped textured look.

Beautiful sketch, just perfect for this image! This crabby doggie remembers me some collegues at work Ah ah ah LOL :D and makes me laught! The "Smile" sentiment is just adorable with him!!

This may have been an 'easy' card, but it's packing a lot of pizzazz! Love this grumpy pooch and for sure he'd make you smile. Of course I always like the stitched dies, and I love the way you've placed the quarters of the pretty red & white plaid behind this poochie. Nice design with lots of dimension and cheer. TFS & Hugs

This card is CAS perfection as far as I'm concerned. I love the neutral dog (the look and style... he's too much), and the font of the sentiment with that plaid. Looks modern and hip, and is sure to make the receiver smile!
