I used a cream colored paper for the background and added a blue frame for contrast. I cut out an oval to create a layered effect, using a lattice die cut, with cheese cloth behind it.
The sea shells I made by inking white paper with "old paper" distress ink, before I heat embossed with white embossing powder. I fussy cut them all and put them together to make an oval frame. It took quite some time, I must admit!
The angel image has been paper pieced, and there's a touch of glitter stickles on her wings.
The banner is stamped on kraft paper, using a KaiserCraft stamp.
