Little Painter

For this card I used a stamp from Lily of the Valley. I colored the image with Promarkers, but the paint is paper pieced with the same paper as I used for the background. I also added glossy accent to give the paint that glossy look that paint has.
I used 3 different DPs - one piece of scrap for the die cut frame, one from Prima and one from Carta Bella.

I used Spellbinder dies Label 28 for the panels with my sentiment. It's in Norwegian, it's from Storyteller, and it translates "Wishing you a day filled with smiles and laughter". I especially like this sentiment as it can be used for birthdays but also other occasions.
I added twine for embellishment, but left my card rather clean.

This card is for these challenges:
1) Paper Crafting Journey - For the Boys
2) Gem of a Challenge - #100 Let's hear it for the boys
3) Storyteller - #1 Everything is Allowed (Storyteller text stamp)
4) ABC Challenges - Cards for Kids
5) C is for Challenge - Boys & Men
6) Make it Monday - Anything Goes

Great card Pia. The paper piecing was a fab idea and love how he looks to be painting on the sentiment.

He is painting the colours of my master bedroom walls...lol Perhaps he could pop over to Canada and do a few touch ups! lol
